These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hutzio Rider mobile application (“App”), operated by Hutzio (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By registering, accessing, or using the Hutzio Rider App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Hutzio Rider App.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must hold a valid driving license and required permits.

2. Rider Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must not share your login credentials with others.
• You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

3. Rider Responsibilities

• Accept and complete delivery orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure safe handling of food and packages.
• Maintain professional and respectful behavior.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Use the app only for legitimate delivery purposes.

4. Payments & Earnings

• Earnings are calculated per delivery or as per Hutzio’s payout policy.
• Payout schedules and methods may change from time to time.
• Hutzio is not responsible for delays caused by banking or payment partners.

5. Location Tracking

By using the App, you consent to real-time location tracking during active deliveries. Location access is required for order assignment and tracking.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false information or documents.
• Misuse of the App or platform.
• Fraudulent activities or order manipulation.
• Harassment of customers, sellers, or staff.
• Attempting to disrupt app security or servers.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

Hutzio reserves the right to suspend or terminate rider accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform, without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials in the App belong to Hutzio. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hutzio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or reputation arising from use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hutzio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

Hutzio may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
